Luca Ciano was born in Milan, Italia. He was raised in a family with unending passion for food. In fact, his most recent book ‘Luca’s Culinary Journey’ tells us about his formative years as a bambino where Nonna Dina was matriarch of first generation cooks in his life - though Luca loves to deny that myth that all Italian nonnas and mammas can cook well.
Since January 2010, he has been a reliable contributor for the Australian BBC Good Food Magazine, where his own signature Italian regional dishes have been published on a regular basis.
And now, Luca will soon fly to Bali and grab his apron to take your taste buds on a journey to experience his exquisite signature Italian regional dishes at the newly-revamped luxury Mediterranean Restaurant, Bella Cucina at InterContinental Bali Resort.
