Our daily activities schedule offers a complimentary introductory yoga class, incorporating a one-hour meditation and breathing exercise. Throughout the week a further range of yoga classes, including healing meditation, Pranayama yoga, sunset yoga and breathing exercises are available, as well as one-on-one yoga tuition.
We also offer ‘Bayu Suci’, at additional cost for guests, located beside the beach. Similar to Chinese Tai Chi, with its series of 12 slow movements, Bayu Suci combines elements of Balinese dance with Pencak Silat, a traditional form of self-defense.
